    ARRIS Touchstone TM4 Modem Summary:

  • The TM402A has no integrated battery backup capability.
  • The TM402G uses one 8 hour battery pack.
  • The TM402P uses one or two 8 hour battery packs. A second battery pack expands battery backup time from 8 hours to 16 hours.
