How to Determine the Model of your ARRIS Modem

ARRIS Touchstone modems include a Product Information Label on the side or back of the modem. The Product Information Label includes pertinent information about the modem including the model number. Use the model number to determine the available accessories for the modem.

    Step-by-Step:

  1. Locate the Product Information Label on the side or back of your modem.
  2. The Product Information Label includes the text "Model" followed by the model number. For example, Model: TM502G.
  3. Return to the ARRIS Battery Center and use the model number from the Product Information Label to select your ARRIS Touchstone modem. For example, if you have a "TM502G" modem, select the "ARRIS Touchstone TM5 Modem" for options.
