In order to comply with the majority of state and local sales tax law requirements, it is necessary that we have in our files (prior to placing an order) a properly executed exemption certificate from all of our customers who claim sales tax exemption.
If we do not have this certificate, we are obligated to collect the tax for the state in which the property is delivered and we cannot reimburse tax previously collected.
Once exempt status has been established, your registered account will be updated to exempt status and the account owner will be notified.
To place tax exempt orders:
- Register as a user of this site
- Send ARRIS the Exemption Certificate including your company name and contact information.
- The certificate will be validated
- If the certificate is accepted, the user's site account will be updated to Tax Exempt status and the user notified.
