Orders composed of "In Stock" products typically ship within 1 business day of order receipt. Orders that include product that is "Out of Stock" or "On Order" may be delayed until all of the products are available to ship. ARRIS will not be liable for any delay or failure to ship product due to any act of God, fire, labor dispute, unusually severe weather, carrier delay, delay caused by a government, or any other cause beyond ARRIS’ reasonable control.

Orders that include $75 or more in eligible items exclusive of any discounts, tax or delivery charges qualify for FREE Standard Shipping. Delivery via Standard Shipping is typically 3-7 business days. Upgraded shipping services are not free nor do they qualify for discounted rates based on this or other shipment discounts.

Discount shipping offers exclude heavy or oversized items including bulk cable, materials requiring special handling, service provider specific installation kits, and other items as indicated on the site.

Offer is valid only for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO delivery addresses are excluded.

UPS is our primary carrier, although other carriers with comparable services may be substituted at our option. 2-Day, 3-Day and Standard ground services are available to most domestic locations. Next day and Saturday services are not currently available.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. Other countries may be added at a later time.

Shipping rates are based on several factors including product weight, product dimensions and delivery area. Third party online tools may be used to quote available delivery services and charges.

Unless otherwise stated, all shipments within United States (Domestic) are made F.O.B. (under the UCC) shipping point, freight prepaid and charged; and international shipments (International) shall be EXW (Ex works, Incoterms 2000) shipping point, freight prepaid and charged. Claims for shortages and damages must be filed with the carrier within seven (7) days or such lesser time as the carrier may require. Seller shall have the right to make partial shipments. Quantities are subject to normal manufacturer allowances, subject to a corresponding adjustment in the total price.
