Products in their original, undamaged condition may be returned to ARRIS as follows: Shipment of a returned Product must commence within 30 days from the date ARRIS shipped the Product to Customer. All Product returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number that can be obtained by contacting Customer Service. Product must be returned in the original Product packaging. ARRIS may reject the return for, or deduct costs associated with: missing parts, non-original packaging, abuse, misuse of the Product or user negligence. Damaged Product may be returned only in accordance with ARRIS’ Limited Warranty. Defective or damaged Product returned after 30 days from the date of purchase will be repaired in accordance with ARRIS’ Limited Warranty. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any returned Product.

No Returns are accepted on items marked as Clearance Items. All Sales are Final.

All returns must include a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number contact Customer Service with the original order number.

Carefully pack product for shipping, preferably in the original packing and shipping box. To expedite receiving, include the RMA number on the outer shipping box. Ship the product to the address included with the RMA. For customer's protection, it is recommended that the customer insure the product when shipping it to ARRIS.

Refunds will only be issued for product returned within the terms stated in the Return Policy. If a credit card was used for payment, a refund will be issued on that card exclusive of the original shipping and handling charges. Allow up to 10 days after the product is received by ARRIS for a Refund to be processed. We will pay the return shipping charges, if the return is the result of our error.
